Camp Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a camp ticket via The Peacock Brothers you confirm that you agree to attend and assume liability for paying the fees for all coaching, accommodation and added extras/activities as detailed in the camp overview. This applies to both the initial deposit and any remaining balance due to be settled upon arrival at the park.

 

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests made no later than 14 days of the camp start date will be eligible for a refund totalling 50% of the deposit. This will be issued via bank transfer to the account from which this initial payment was made

  • Cancellation requests made within 14 days of the camp start date will not be eligible for refunds

  • In the event that cancellation within 14 days of the camp start date is due to incident or injury, we will assist in providing you with any documentation we can to assist you in submitting a claim to your insurance provider, but regrettably will not be able to provide a refund or any direct compensation

  • In the unlikely event that The Peacock Brothers are required to cancel a camp on which you are booked, we will notify you as soon as possible. Should there be another camp to which your booking could be transferred, we will make all efforts to do so, however if for any reason this is not an option or agreeable to you, we will fully refund your deposit payment via bank transfer to the account from which the initial payment was made
