Ticket Types

Rider (Shared Room): €2,972(€1,122 park + €1,800 camp + €50 transfer)

• €900 deposit at point of purchase (first half of camp fee)

• €900 second payment due one month before arrival (completes camp fee)

Rider (Single Room): €3,421(Includes a 40% single-occupancy fee based on the room cost — €1,122 × 1.4 = €1,571 + €1,800 camp + €50 transfer)

Important Info

Arrival & Departure Days: Saturdays are arrival and departure days. There are no structured sessions on these days, but riders are welcome to free-ride and settle in.

Deposit Payments:

• First deposit (€900) is paid at booking.

• Second deposit (€900) is due one month before arrival.

• Park and transfer fees are paid directly to Hip-Notics on arrival.

Under 16s: Must be accompanied by an adult.

Notes & Discounts

• Kids under 6: Stay free (if one parent and one child share a room, the adult pays +40% single supplement).

• Ages 7–11: 20% off total price.

• 3 adults sharing one room: 10% off total package.

• Single occupancy: +40% on the room portion (€1,122 → €1,571).
